My client is a first class western suburban hospital (400+beds) which has been recognized as one of the top 5% of hospitals nationwide for their dedication to clinical excellence.

Their award-winning rehabilitation department is team-oriented, close knit and patient-focused  with a multi-disciplinary approach to rehabilitation.

My client is building a brand new hospital due to be completed in the next year with state of the art therapy facilities. They also have entered into a new partnership with one of Chicago's most recognizable names in rehabilitation.

Due to their rapid growth, they have an urgent need to for a Physical Therapist to head up their work hardening/return to work department.  Must be licensed in the State of Illinois or eligible new graduates and therapists wishing to try new settings encouraged to apply!

My client offers aggressive compensation, an OUTSTANDING Benefit package including low-cost health and loan forgiveness, $500 CE money per year for full-time, with an additional $3500 available for staff who are working toward a certification (pre-requisite courses). There is also a Career Recognition System which allows therapists to earn "points" based on participation in activities beyond patient care - from serving as a clinical instructor to working on projects (including financial incentives).
