CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

This position is dedicated to ensuring sound financial management through directing the development and analysis of financial systems and reports, identifying revenue, cost control and cash flow enhancements, providing financial leadership and guidance as a member of the senior management team and serving as primary negotiator for insurance contracts.

The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree with 10+ years experience, CPA and fellow of HFMA. Knowledge of GAAP and third-party reimbursement, including Medicare a must. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with collegial and collaborative style.

Bacharach, is licensed as an acute physical rehabilitation hospital and accredited by the Joint Commission and CARF. In addition to our acute rehab unit, rehab services are also provided via a 29-bed sub-acute unit, 14 outpatient satellite offices located throughout Atlantic, Cape May, Ocean and Cumberland Counties, as well as a recently expanded Sleep Disorders Center.
