of Quality Improvement

Woods Services, a residential community serving the needs of children and adults with a variety of disabilities, currently seeks an Assistant Director of Quality Improvement to assist with the overall responsibilities of the Quality Improvement operation. This individual will be responsible for the overall monitoring of 6400 programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Duties also include serving as a liaison between on-site surveys at Woods Services and Brian's House (Chester County), and providing in-service training for staff on state regulations and compliance. You will also be responsible for Home and Community Services Information System Administrator responsibilities.

BS in Human Services or related area, with 2 years experience in quality improvement preferred. Excellent organizational skills and effective oral and written communication skills essential. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
